Hi, I am Heer.
I believe cookies are the best way to make a friend. Some of my closest friendships started at work with a batch I brought in—turns out a good cookie opens doors that small talk can't.
That's the whole idea behind these. I spent ages getting the texture exactly right, and I won't compromise on ingredients—I'd genuinely rather hand you nothing than hand you a subpar cookie.
Because to me, food is how we talk to each other. So don't let anyone tell you it should be anything less than memorable.
